Work & Personal Life Balancing

You’ll earn 24 days of leaves a year. The break-up goes this way:

  • 12 days paid leave which can be encashed
  • 6 days of sick leave which are not encashable
  • 6 days of casual leave which are not encashable

And we will also offer 10 holidays a year
