Description:

The Inside Sales Account Executive will drive sales within the North American markets through aggressive exploitation of an industry network. You will revel in the challenge of navigating a sales cycle and articulating AAyuja’s value to a prospect. You must understand business drivers, match those to AAyuja technology and clearly articulate complex solutions to prospective customers through a mature and sophisticated sales approach.

Reporting to the Head of Operations and Sales, the Inside Sales Account Executive, North America will be responsible for prospecting and selling the complete range of AAyuja’s benchmarking services, driving strategy, and closing business on a regular basis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Internet technology, as well as a proven track record of success selling enterprise software or services and in building beneficial, lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Consistent, month on month quota attainment.
• Some or all Inside Sales activities including lead generation, up-sell/cross sell, qualification of prospects, and product demonstration. The quota could vary from a revenue target to the quality of sales pipeline built.
• Disciplined implementation of the sales process and contribution to improving the sales strategy.
• Deliver on sales outreach programs including cold calls, warm follow-up calls, emails and social media (LinkedIn).
• Documentation of all sales metrics using a CRM like Salesforce.com

Required Skills

• Solution selling knowledge and experience to successfully build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers using the phone and web.
• Strong business acumen, with an ability to identify real client needs and goals provide appropriate technology solutions.
• Experience and ability to understand and clearly articulate the value complex software technologies (like Software-as-a-Service and Cloud-computing).
• Technology sales experience of 6 Months to 3 years.
• Highly proficient with MS Office and web applications like Salesforce.com (or any other CRM), LinkedIn, Jigsaw or Hoovers.
• Proactive, organized, responsible, with a proven ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with changing needs and requirements.
• Tenacity and aggression with a proven track record of achieving goals consistently.
• Work during business hours of the assigned territory. The team’s coverage spans West to East Coast time zones in North America.
